This class is designed to train your body to provide you with the strength, stability, endurance and mobility to excel in your daily life. These strength training methods will help re-create everyday movements such as pushing, pulling, hinging, squatting, rotation, extension, and flexion.

In class expect a full-body workout with compounding moves using free weights, stability balls, resistance bands, and more. There are ample modifications for all levels and abilities.

THIS CLASS IS GREAT FOR: All fitness levels! 

THIS CLASS IS NOT FOR: Clients with acute injuries.

RECOMMEND BRINGING: Yoga mat, shoes and water.
