This is a steady-paced class focused on linking breath to movement. Classes may include strong core work, arm balances, inversion, and other challenging postures for a unique, strong, flowing practice.

This class will be held in the hot room with the temperature set to a cozy 80-85 degrees. Come to class well hydrated!

THIS CLASS IS GREAT FOR: Those ready to build even more strength and challenge their body-mind with a strong practice

THIS CLASS IS NOT FOR: Those with acute, active injuries, or those newer to yoga; Because this is a heated class, it may not be suitable for those who are pregnant. Please speak to the teacher before class.
