You'll build a set of lungs that will never quit—and shred a little body fat in the process—when you regularly attend Kettlebell Conditioning.


We'll mostly use the kettlebell swing, snatch, or jerk along with StrongEndurance protocols to develop your aerobic capacity (endurance) while also increasing your anaerobic threshold (work capacity).


This class is a perfect complement to sport-specific training and is effective for martial artisits, obstacle course racers, triathletes, and other general endurance-sport hobbyists alike.
