This class will begin with a warming and heart opening Vinyasa(yang)practice allowing prana or energy to begin flowing in the body. The second half of the class will focus on yin poses held longer to stretch the connective tissues helping us to relax into the deepest layers of the body.
Vinyasa - Breath to movement. A more vigorous practice. Lengthens and strengthens muscles and promotes mental clarity.
Yin - the yoga of stillness. Lengthens connective tissue and reduces inflammation. Longer holds.
Vin/Yin - is a combination for strength, flexibility and mental clarity. You will leave feeling fantastic. Appropriate for all levels.
