You've taken Beginner Foundations and are ready to level up. In this level, you will learn how to beautifully perform aerial tricks and basic inverts. 

Requirement: Must be able to securely climb on both static/spin, and do BEGINNER FOUNDATIONS (Level 1) fireman, back & front hook spins.
