Stretch, relax, refine, rejuvenate, & meditate. During this class you will energize the body's meridian system, lengthen and strengthen your muscles, and nurture your body and mind with a series of floor postures held passively for several minutes, utilizing props such as bolsters and blankets, with the aim of increasing circulation and range of motion in the joints by relaxing the muscle tissues surrounding the connective tissues in the joints. A meditative approach cultivates awareness of inner silence, and brings to light a universal interconnection of the mind, body, and soul.
