A class designed for those who need an afternoon pick me up during a lunch break or a break in your class schedule. This class will run for 45 minutes. The classes will have a similar format each day: quick warm up and get right into flow! An optimal cool down, followed by a short savasana, allows you the opportunity to get your movement and mindfulness in mid-day. At the end of class, we alert you when the 45 minutes are complete so you can collect your belongings and return to your daily schedule. If your schedule allows you to stay for a full hour, we will offer a longer savasana/meditation for the remaining 15 minutes.
