Wish there was a way to work flexibility, restorative yoga, and dance all at the same time? We have that here for you in this class.  Meticulously pulling from modern dance, yoga, and active flexibility training, this class is anything but conventional. Best of all, you will be working directly towards your flexibility goals the entire time.  Start with a slow modern, breath to movement sequence and take your body through various leg lifts, swings, and beautiful arching & caving. Hit the big stretches, then end each class ends with a restorative pose your body needs.
All levels welcome, no pole or dance experience needed.
Attire: loose, comfortable pants, and socks.
