Every month, Robbie focuses on one particular meditation technique. This could be sitting in stillness & silence, mala beads (prayer beads), mantra meditation, metta meditation, conscious breathwork, guided meditations, or sound meditation with our Crystal Singing Bowls. Offering an array so that everyone can experience different types to see what they resonate with and then encouraged to continue that type of meditation practice at home. We meet for 15 minutes on Monday mornings at 9am and tuesday evenings at 5pm. Free
