<p><span style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino; font-size: 12pt;">In this class we will work with Pranamaya Kosha, the breath and energy body. We begin with a brief explanation of the koshas in general, followed by a more detailed exploration of pranamaya kosha through the lenses of asana and pranayama (breath work). Props will be employed, including the yoga chair, to create more awareness and possibility within postures. Following our asana practice we will work with Viloma Pranayama, then complete our practice with meditation. <br /></span></p>
