Gyrotonic® Apprentice Review Course — $1050

Prerequisite: Successful completion of the GYROTONIC® Level I Foundation Course.

Course schedule: Six days totaling 30 hours of instruction time.

Cost includes $750 course fee + $300 studio fee.

After practice teaching, you will be eligible to take the Apprenticeship Review Course, where you get to come back and rejoin with a Master Trainer, and other students, to discuss what you have discovered. There are all kinds of questions that come up, all kinds of situations that you will encounter, and there is a need to continue to develop and to refine your understanding of all of the foundation material, and your ability to communicate that material. Together with your colleagues, you can develop more deeply your practice of the movement and your skills in communicating and guiding that movement. This is also a good time to explore more modification options. After the Apprenticeship Review Course, you go back into “the field,” complete your required apprenticeship teaching hours, and prepare for the Final Certificate Course. You must have completed the Gyrotonic® Foundation course to be eligible for the Apprentice Review.

Special Instructions

Here’s the scoop:

Arrive 5-10 minutes before your training is set to start. That will ensure that you’ve got all the time you need to get signed in, have us show you around and get you acquainted, scope out a spot to place your belongings, put on your socks, and have your bottle of water handy.

If you’re arriving by car, there is metered parking on Ventura Blvd., as well as street parking in the back of the studio on Ventura Court. There is also residential parking in the neighborhood. We have 2 entry ways and both are viable: a front door entrance and a back door entrance.

Because you’ll be training one on one with one of our certified instructors, we recommend wearing closely fitting workout attire, but by all means, wear what makes you comfortable! Gear wise, bring a grippy socks if you have them, but if not, we’ve got some you can loan or purchase at our reception desk. When you first walk in, one of our wonderful instructors will greet you, get you set up and give you the grand tour.

We are a fragrance free studio.  We kindly request that you refrain from wearing any of the following when at the studio: perfume, cologne, aftershave, scented hand/body lotions, essential oils, or any other perfumed products.

We have a small fridge located in the reception area where you can store your perishables if you choose to bring lunch and / or snacks. There are several places in the neighborhood where you can grab a bite to eat as well. A favorite of ours is called Commoncy. If you mention the "love discount", you save 10% on your order.

Lastly, if you have any questions / comments / concerns, that's what we are here for! Don't hesitate to call us anytime. We hope that you have a wonderful training and can't wait to welcome you to our community.

Warmest Wishes,

Mind 2 Body™ Family
