In Somatic Yoga, the focus is uniquely inward, you will be
instructed
in the Yoga poses so that you develop your ability to discern
and
trust your sensations and limits, moment to
moment.
Begin class with a gentle Somatic routine that will prepare your
body
for ease and serenity.
Between each pose, there are a few minutes where you are invited
to
savor the effect of that particular pose and integrate the
experience.
Each class will explore pranayama (breathing) and finish with a
simple
Yoga Nidra, relaxation and meditation.
