55 Plus Aerobics is a 60-minute adult co-ed class. Each day and class has its own unique flair.
Move-It-Monday; is a fat burning Step Aerobics workout class with light dumb bells designed to improve coordination and balance.
Workout Wednesday, is a circuit training class and is done in two phases. Phase one entails a 10-15-minute warm-up/stretch. During the remaining 45 minutes’ participants move around a 10 station circuit targeting all major muscle groups. Fun Friday's is a stretch and relax class; whereby, participants focus on relaxation, breathing and stretching to improve flexibility and mobility.
