In the Fundamentals of Pilates class, you will be expected to: 

 -Maintain a stable pelvic position during open chain, closed or semi-closed      chain exercises

-Stabilize shoulders during upper body movement 

-Recognize the basic 10+ exercises by name

-Set up equipment and spring levels

-Move in flexion, extension, lateral flexion and rotation 


Special Instructions

Current students in this class may register for the new month beginning the 1st through the 15th.  New students may register for the new month beginning the 16th.
