Yoga & Meditation is a relaxing yet energetic practice
that helps revitalize and re-energize your bodies natural
energy.  This class consists of deep breathing, invigorating
and easy poses, meditations and more.  Expect to get a yoga
“buzz”!  The breathing will skyrocket your energy while the
postures and meditations keep you grounded and focused.
Who is it for?:  ALL LEVELS!  Anyone looking for a
re-energigreat stretch while seeking a greater mind/body
connection.  Also great to revitalize your energy for
the upcoming work week!
