<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Vinyasa yoga is a moving meditation, linking poses with the flow of breath, and building heat in the body. Practicing in this way will help you gain flexibility, release tension, strengthen and tone the whole body, and increase circulation. A working knowledge of common poses and sequences is helpful, but <em>all</em> levels are welcome. Cues for modification and amplification of postures and sequences will be offered. </span></p>
