Class Description
A flowing transition from one exercise to the next. Minimum spring changes, consistant movement and a new appreciation for what your body can do. Join us for 50 solid minutes of Classical Pilates; you are guided the entire session. Learn and build on the basics as Mr. Pilates intended. We move the spine in all directions working the entire body, building stamina, strength, flexibility and a new appreciation for what your body will be able to do!
