This is an intermediate class. You will move through a full body workout experiencing the main pieces of equipment invented by Mr. Pilates, beyond the Reformer. This class will teach you a new way of moving, breathing and balancing for better total body engagement and whole body muscle activation. It's the perfect class to combine with the mat and reformer classes.
Please be on time, the first 5 minutes of class is the most important.
