Join Priscilla Hamill in a special 4-week series designed to improve bone health.
This class series will focus on yoga poses to enhance strength, bone health and balance. Modifications, use of props, and alternate poses will be demonstrated to help you practice safely whether you have osteoporosis, osteopenia or want to practice yoga to prevent these conditions.
This class is not intended for diagnosis or treatment of bone disorders such as osteoporosis.
