Power Flow Yoga is an energetic form
of yoga where we will fluidly move from one pose to the
next while connecting the breath to each Movement.
Power Flow Yoga strengthens your body, increases
flexibility, and promotes stamina and better posture and
balance. We will perform sun salutations and warrior series
poses as well as balance poses and poses that challenge and
strengthen the core and glutes. Power
yoga is for everyone. My class is set up to make everyone from
beginners in yoga practice to more experienced yogis enjoy
the benefits.
This class is 60 minutes of yoga flow set to upbeat positive
tunes that will get your body excited to move!
