In this yoga class, designed especially for 4 to 8 year old “kids”. We will practice yoga poses, breathing, and relaxation techniques. This class will help the little ones cultivate a calm mind, increase strength and flexibility, improve focus and concentration, improve self awareness and understand how to identify and manage their emotions.
Fun music, exercises, meditation and art (mandalas) are important components of this non-competitive class.
This class is limited to 8 kids.
