Description: Level up your skills and body
awareness in this all-levels yoga flow class. You will be guided
through a structured sequence that will give them a solid
foundation for the ending “peak pose” which can be an inversion, a
backbend, splits or a combination of all three. This class uses
props, but they can be optional: yoga blocks or books, blanket or
towel, yoga strap or belt, and wall space.
