One half gentle stretch and one half Yoga Nidra (guided meditation) to leave you feeling 100% deeply relaxed in body and mind. You’ll focus on mindful, calming breaths as you settle into gentle stretches on the mat. The peace and stillness created with these poses will prepare you for Yoga Nidra (or Yogic Sleep). The practice concludes with a guided meditation in Savasana (final relaxation). During Yoga Nidra you’ll be guided into deeper states of consciousness where you can experience profound peace and healing.
