Pilates Mat Classes are the floor work version of the Pilates method. A challenging class using your body weight as the primary source of resistance. Focus is placed on precise movements originating from the center or core of your body to tighten and tone the whole body while improving posture and alignment. This class is appropriate for all levels and done with the rhythm of mindful music.
Traditional Pilates work geared to the participants in class. May incorporate a small stability ball.
