The creative sequencing leads students through a journey of sun salutations, standing and seated postures and back bending, ending with a sweet and blissful savasana relaxation to leave you feeling restored and recharged.

Step 1: Make sure to download the zoom app on your device (phone, computer, iPad, iPod) or follow prompts to Zoom from link
Step 2: get link from your email
Step 3: Set up your mat so that it faces the screen. You can keep video on to say hi when you join in, or opt to keep video off (totally your choice) sign into the chat box with a Hi.
You will only hear the instructor’s voice in class. If you’d like to add your own music to create a studio ambiance in your home, feel free to play any music you like in your space on a spereate device. ir check the chat box for the teahcers playlist of choice.
Once class starts all participants will be muted.
Since music tends to mess up quality of the sound in the room on Zoom, we suggest listening on your end at home most laptops will let you play along or use a seperate device . we post spotify playlists on IG or in chat box, also here are some Pandora stations we love: Trevor Hall Radio, Iron & Wine Radio, MC Yogi Radio and Spa Radio. You can also search “Yoga” or “Spa” or “Meditation” music on Pandora, or Youtube to find playlists.
