This virtual class is offered as a companion to the in-studio T/Th Gentle Flow and Yin Yoga with Bitsy classes for those not ready to return to the studio at this time.
 
Our virtual Gentle Flow Yoga class is a blend of Bitsy's weekly Hatha Class and Vinyasa Flow to facilitate maintaining your yoga practice during this "shelter in place" phase. This class is accessible to those with little yoga background, as well as those who wish to deepen their practice through personal guidance.
 
A lively practice linking movement with the breath and bringing balance to mind, body and spirit.

Yoga Types: Hatha & Vinyasa Flow
Level: Gentle
Experience Needed: Some previous yoga experience and basic knowledge of the poses is helpful, but not required
Who Will Benefit: Everyone

Our
Our Yin Yoga class targets the connective tissues, such as the ligaments, bones, and even the joints. The poses are all seated and held for extended periods to gently coax the body to open.
This guided practice is also infused with meditation and essential oils.
 
Types of Yoga: Yin

Level:This practice is appropriate for all levels, including beginners, but can be deceptively challenging. Students are encouraged to request modifications or adjustments to maintain full benefit.

Experience Needed: None

Who Will Benefit: Women, Men, anyone with movement restrictions or chronic "tightness"
