This well rounded, full-body practice will combine the traditional Hatha Yoga principals of linking breath with movement while flowing, Vinyasa style, through a series of postures. Students can hope to develop & deepen their yoga practice while gaining strength, flexibility and mental clarity. The class will mostly focus on combining breath with mindful movement but may also include binds, inversions and arm balances with any intermediate poses being workshopped throughout. Expect to be challenged and nourished!
