This is a 45-minute Pilates-based mat workout to tone your core and strengthen your whole body.
This class is at the yoga studio. Please wear a face mask at all times while in the studio. Hand sanitizer is placed at the front door when you enter and please follow the traffic pattern arrows on the floor.
No yoga mats will be provided by the studio, please bring your own items for class and sanitize them between uses.
The floor is marked where your yoga mat can be set up so that 6 feet of space is maintained. Please fill in from front to back of the room.
If you are not feeling well, have a persistent cough, fever, other signs of illness or have been exposed to anyone with Covid please choose an online option rather than an in-person class.
