Slow flowing movement (meaning postures linked together with breath) will be approached at a slow pace for those new to yoga or for those looking for a focused and grounding practice. Sequences will build strength as well as create more flexibility in your body. This practice will bring a greater sense of personal awareness into your life physically, emotionally, and mentally. A great class to ease stress and connect with peace.
This class is at the yoga studio. Please wear a mask to your mat, when you are seated it may be removed for practice. Please santize your hands upon entrance and after you finish practicing at the hand santitizing stations and follow the traffic pattern by looking for arrows on the floor.
No props will be provided, please bring your own and sanitize between uses.
Please do not arrive more than 10 min before class starts.
Please plan on staying at least 6 feet away from other participants and teacher during your time at the studio.
If you are feeling sick, have had a persistant cough, fever, other signs of illness or have been exposed to anyone with Covid please choose an online option rather than an in person class.
