This class will take place online. Once registered a
confirmation email will be sent outlining details to access the
online class.
Relax & Restore - Relaxation & breathing exercises
calm your mind, while easy stretches & restorative poses allow
you to deeply relax and restore balance. We will utilize props,
blankets, bolsters, straps, and blocks to help support the
relaxation of the body. The class ends with a guided relaxation to
allow your mind to completely relax.
