This class utilizes the concept
of high-intensity-interval-training, thus the name HIIT. This
particular class at MINORSAN is based on kickboxing on the heavy
bags. It is a derivative of our KickAeroBix™ class. This class
utilizes the beat of the music, and also moves faster than the
music. The music is on to energize and motivate you, however, it is
a partially rhythmical class. It IS high intensity training that
will make your muscles scream. And, yes, the only way to get in
condition/shape for this class is to begin taking it! There are
always new people in this class!
