This is a beginner class where students will learn stationary positions and postures, splits, beginner inversions, and small combinations. We will be focusing on core and shoulder conditioning to build strength and muscle knowledge.
In order to attend this class students must master all the moves taught in Intro to Lyra.
How To Prepare: Please arrive 10 minutes before the start of the class. It's best to wearform-fitting clothing that covers your underarms and knees (for example, a fitted t-shirt and leggings). Clothing with zippers, buttons, dangling straps, or anything else that may snag the hoop is prohibited. All jewelry is prohibited. Absolutely no exceptions for your safety and ours.
No Shows/Cancelations: We require a minimum of 12 hours of cancellation notice in order to keep your class credit. If you choose to cancel within 12 hours of the class, class credit will be lost.
