Have you taken a few of the beginner trapeze classes and are ready for a little more? You feel comfortable getting in and out of our inversions and can hang for a few minutes at a time? Perfect! Then this is your class. We will still use each one of our trapeze categories: inversions, arms, legs, abs and the fun stuff. So come ready to gain flexibility and strength in those spots that mat based yoga can't always hit, and be ready for a little adventure!
