This class in a non-movement class grounded in meditataion, Yoga Nidra & Restoration practice techniques to assist in calmining your nervouse system. You will learn tools to move through and transform your stress and truly relax and restore yourself.
This is both an In Studio & Live Stream practice. You may bring your own blankets, Bath Towels, Blocks, Bolsters, Pillows any props that provide support and comfort for In Studio.
