<p>Have you always wanted to try Aerial Yoga? This 6-week class series is for those new to Aerial Yoga. You will learn the basic wraps and postures to build a strong foundation for Aerial Yoga practice. You will use the fabric to help keep alignment, build strength in the body, and improve your flexibility so that you can fly, flow, and invert safely. No prior experience is necessary. Plan to have lots of fun!</p>

<p>About Amber: Amber discovered yoga over 20 years ago while living in California and began a casual practice at home but never felt a connection to her practice. After taking her first aerial yoga class at LIBY she discovered a new love for yoga and joined the studio that same day. Amber’s desire for knowledge and to deepen her personal practice led her to begin training in aerial yoga and mat yoga teacher trainings.</p>
<div><br />Amber is a 200-hour RYT through Yoga Alliance after completing her 200-hour teacher training at Om My Yoga Academy in Camp Hill, PA in 2019. She is continuing her yoga training for her 500-hour certification. She also completed VaihAyasa Aerial Teacher Training in February 2019 at Om My Yoga Academy.</div>
<div><br />Amber is currently teaching a weekly Aerial Beginner Yoga class and can also be found substituting for Aerial Yoga Level 2 and various mat classes and looks forward to continuing her journey and sharing the many benefits of yoga with others.</div>
