This class focuses on activating and strengthening core
muscles for ease of movement and a healthy spine. Flowing postures,
short sequences, and targeted holds will be explored to bring
strength and stability to the lower back and pelvis, with a
secondary focus on the shoulders and hips. Suggestions will be
offered to accommodate limited range of motion due to injury,
surgery, overuse, aging issues, etc. As we discover the key
elements to moving from our core, we cultivate ease in body and
