Mindful Yoga and Meditation combines gentle yoga postures with breath and body awareness, guided meditation instruction and sitting practice. We focus on the present moment and develop skill in concentrating and steadying the mind so that we can be more attentive, more aware and more centered.This way of practice can help us see our bodies, hearts and minds more clearly, while cultivating kindness and compassion within.
The virtual session will be available 15 minutes before the class begins. To join the class, log in to your account. Once you are logged un, click My Schedule in the bar at the top of the window, then Join Session for this class.
