Join Kristin on Monday and Thursday evenings to move, breathe, and connect across the web. We’ll explore movement to energize us for the week ahead and mindfulness to center us in the present moment. This class works with both yin and yang as we seek to balance our energy. Mondays will be focused more on strength and Thursdays on stretching.
