Join Kristin on Monday evenings to move, breathe, and connect across the web. We’ll explore movement to energize us and mindfulness to center us for the week ahead. This class works with both yin and yang as we seek to balance our energy. After class, there is an opportunity to connect with Kristin and other class participants if you would like to join in for a moment of community. All are welcome!
