<p>Trapeze artists, contortionists, and other aerial acrobatists use their own body weight combined with momentum to fly through the air and support themselves and others. This often means that certain areas of their bodies are supporting their entire body weight at certain times to achieve the amazing feats that they do to impress crowds. The strength required to pursue these traits is most commonly achieved through various exercises that combine unique cardio, balance and endurance training. Aerial Strength will teach an intense , total body focus, with the idea of acrobatics in mind as a precedent to lead the way for using ones own body weight to achieve optimum strength. Prerequisites: Intro to Aerial Acrobatics, Ages 12 and up.</p>
