Introduction to Yoga with Kate
This class is for beginners who have been meaning to try Yoga and are looking for a gentle, systematic, introduction with a highly experienced teacher who has taught scores of beginner.
It is also for those who tried Yoga a few times or used to practice but have not for a while and now want to start afresh in a supportive environment.
Finally it is designed for students who want to refresh their understanding of a correct, mild, Asana practice done in a logical sequence and accompanying three-part yogic breathing.
This is a 4 week series. Classes begin at 11am every Friday, starting January 8, 2021.
Cost: $70; $60 with monthly membership
