Your feet are base. They carry around your body weight all day, but yet we still sometimes forget to tend to them.
In this 4-week yoga series, we will use yoga balancing poses and deep stretches to strengthen the ankles and improve the balance and the physical health of your feet. Each week, we will practice balancing yoga sequences, beginning with simple balancing poses and working our way up to more challenging poses. At the end of class, you will be led into a grounding guided meditation intended to help you reach a balanced and tranquil mind. You will walk away from this practice, having learned the importance of creating balance within the body and mind.
PREREGISTRATION IS REQUIRED - Minimum Enrollment Per Class: 2 If you are signed up for a class that has less than 2 people registered, your instructor will contact you at least an hour before class to cancel.
