As we enter into Valentines Day weekend what better way to start it then by focusing on our heart and the love we have for ourselves and others. Relax, get grounded, and activate your heart chakra with gentle and restorative yoga poses, essential oils, and a little light sound healing.
Come along, or bring a friend. This is an all levels event. We will be holding poses for a longer period of time so please bring any props ( pillow, block, blanket, bolster) to allow yourself to be more comfortable.
