Explore the traditional 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises in
this Original Hot Yoga class designed for everybody and every
body. This class moves through the same sequence and postures
as our Original Hot Yoga 90 class, with some poses practiced just
one time. Your instructor will verbally guide you through the
postures in a room heated to 105 degrees and 40%
humidity. This class focuses on creating strong
alignment in each posture to support joint health and muscle
strength.
