<p>During this session you will be introduced to the Chakra system - discussing what chakras are, are not, and different ways of viewing them. You will be guided in using chakras as tools for deepening, or beginning, your meditation practice. </p>
<p>This class is part of the Tula Institute of Yoga 20 hour Yoga Philosophy module. Sessions may be audited individually, or you can sign up for the entire module. The module is 10 sessions spread out over 10 months. If you register for the module you can take any of the sessions during the current module, or future module, and you will be able to repeat any of the sessions in the future for review or clarity. </p>
