This class is an hour long yoga practice with an aerial hammock. Students will work on Pranayama (a breathing practice) and Asana (a physical movement to bring balance into the body, mind, and soul) while using the hammock. Aerial hammock is a great tool which will be used for deep stretching, inversions and adding some challenge to certain postures. After students sweat, move, and breathe, class will finish with a deep relaxation called Savasana.
Please bring a yoga mat, two blocks (optional), and a water bottle. All levels, as well as beginners, are welcome!
