<p>Tabata consists of eight rounds of ultra-high-intensity exercises in rounds of 20-seconds-on, 10-seconds-off intervals. Four minutes have never felt so good. During this class, you will use dumbbells, resistance bands and bodyweight to work your entire body.</p>
<p>Modifications always offered. Bodyweight options are shown during each class.</p>
