This gentle class is designed for the student who wants to roll out of bed right on to his/her/their yoga mat! A mix of yin yoga, slow flow, energy work and tapping will be incorporated into this Sunrise Stretch morning practice. Start the day right with this physical and mental boost to the system!
Practicing from home presents the unique opportunity to have a gentle practice immediately after rising from bed. And we still get the benefits of being in community with other yoga devotees.
Students are welcome to practice in their jammies; though not required, it is strongly recommended that we all practice on camera so alignments and modifications can be noted where necessary. Please log in early to ensure entry to class.
This class is online only and conducted via Zoom. Preregistration required for "room access." The link will be forwarded 15-30 minutes prior to class.
Please arrive early to ensure entry to class. Anyone arriving more than five minutes late may not be able to access class.
