Slow Flow is a vinyasa-style practice done at a slow to moderate pace, focused on mindful movements and deep stretches, it is a great introduction to a full vinyasa practice.
Each teacher will bring a unique style and grace to their class, creating a fun and energizing atmosphere. The teacher will create a class that builds stamina, increases strength and establishes flexibility with a constant emphasis on the core area of the body while reducing stress and increasing vitality. It includes a centering at the beginning and a cool down at the end, encouraging students to stay in savasana to allow the body to rest and absorb all the hard work and dedication before heading back into your day.
