In this class we will use yoga flow (slow continuous movement connected to the breath) to get energy flowing and relieve stiffness in the body. We will alternate this flow with holding poses for a couple of breaths to bring more focus and consciousness to the breath, sensations in the body, and the energy we are experiencing in that moment; to feel the energy flowing through us as we find stillness. Some yoga experience is suggested.</span></p>
