Dive deeper in this expansive class, where we pull from the
rich tradition of yoga to support our modern lives. In addition to
the movement practice, classes may include breath practices, guided
meditation or contemplation, or a short mantra practice. We’ll both
flow and break down poses in longer holds. Encompassing both
strength and flexibility, this class is a great opportunity for
newer students who have been practicing for some time to take their
