EHS Guidelines & Policies (at-a-glance)
Registration cut-off is 30 minutes before the start of class.
Instructors will send out ZOOM link approximately 15 minutes before class start time.
Classes run on a 50-minute hour.
Early Cancel = < 12 hours.
Late Cancel = 12 > hours.
No Refunds. Early canceled credits go back to account to use for future classes.
Prepping for Your Virtual Class
Download the ZOOM app if you are on a mobile device. Apple / Android
Make sure you are connected to a solid Wi-Fi connection.
Laptops are best but tablets and phones will also work. Place the screen higher and angle it down if possible. A laptop will auto-download when you sign in.
Make sure your screensaver is off or set for more than 1 hour.
Make sure your workout space is so any windows and lights are in front of you and not behind.
Grab a Pilates or Yoga mat, or towel. Create a space that you love and that works for you. Share a photo on Instagram #ehspilates (optional).
Have a chat with classmates! The meeting room should be open a bit before the class start time in order for everyone to settle in.
